Favorite James Bond watches

I’ve been a fan of James Bond movies, pretty much all things 007, since my parents took me to see my first one, The Spy Who Loved Me in 1977. I loved the spy gadgets, the cool cars, the action and locations, and really when I first got into watches in the 80’s, was from the Bond movies. Once Daniel Craig came into it with Casino Royale, I really got hooked on the cool factor of the Omega watches that he wore.

PSA upfront, none of these photos are from my Sony or iPhone, so this post is purely to post something cool about 007 that I have been thinking about lately, especially now that movie theaters are open and the 25th Bond film is back on the schedule again for this October!

In honor of the upcoming movie, No Time To Die, the latest Omega watch that Daniel Craig wears in the movie, 3rd photo below, is super cool. I really dig on the Milanese band and the retro brown watch face. They did a great job with the looks of this watch. The first watch below, is what Daniel Craig wore in his first Bond film, Casino Royale (awesome film and the title song is in my top 5 Bond song favorites). It’s sleek and looks great. The second watch below, is the watch worn in Spectre. The watch looks very cool and the NATO watch strap really sets it apart. Love all three of these watches. The only problem, the run $8000 – $10,000 and that’s some serious coin! So, I started to look at more affordable/reachable options. Seiko makes a great watch, they last a long time and don’t break the bank. The last 2 watches below I picked because they share good similarities to the Omega stylings, plus I really like the designs on both bezels. See for yourself below. If you like Bond movie watches or 007 in general, feel free to leave a comment. Always happy to hear from other fellow Bond fans.

The Bond movies have come a long way since this Hamilton pulsar LED watch from the movie Live and Let Die in 1974…
