Last weekend I had the opportunity to visit the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles for the first time, to see the Bond in Motion exhibit during the opening weekend.
Being a huge, lifelong James Bond aficionado, of course I’m going to go check it out. The exhibit has just about all the main cars & vehicles from the entire series of James Bond movies. This was a lot of fun and did not disappoint in any way. I loved seeing the Aston Martin cars up close as well as learning more about the movie facts to go along with all of these great cars, boats and planes. The DB12 and DB5 are my favorites, as well as the Lotus Esprit mini-sub (too bad they didn’t have the Lotus from A View to a Kill with the ski rack). I was also surprised to see the DB12’s with various versions of destruction done to them (and accumulated) for the filming. For the car in Casino Royale, they had 7 different versions of the DB12 that were in varying and increasing degrees of damage, so as to keep the continuity while filming. Pretty cool !!
I’m very much looking forward to seeing No Time To Die in IMAX this weekend after all the delays and holdbacks. Pretty cool seeing Daniel Craig receiving his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame earlier this week as well. Even better that his star is located right by the one for Roger Moore, who is my all time favorite Bond (tie with Daniel Craig).

Wow! Excellent photos of Bond in Motion. Well shared 🌹🤗
